Our favourite lookout points in Cronulla
Bass & Flinders Point
Take a walk along The Esplanade at Cronulla to reach the historic Bass and Flinders Point at the entrance to the Port Hacking River. With stunning views across to Bundeena, Mainbar and. The viewpoint can be reached by road from Glaisher Parade.

Wanda Beach has 2 lookouts
There are two lookouts located in the Wanda beach area – a great spot to watch the surfer or keep an eye out for whales in migration season (May to October).
Lookout 1 accessed from Don Lucas Reserve at the North end of Wanda Beach
Lookout 2 closer to to Wanda Surf Life Saving Club/Murdoch Street

South Beach
Cronulla’s latest viewing platform recently finished by Sutherland Shire Council is situated at Cronulla Park, near the Surf Life Saving Club. Easily accessible for both wheelchairs and strollers alike. The lookout is also close to facilities such as toilets, cafes and of course the beach. It’s a great spot to site and watch the action or simply gaze out across Bate Bay.
