Take a trip to Bundeena on the Cronulla and National Park Ferry

 

A trip to the lovely seaside township of Bundeena should be on your agenda whether you’re a resident of the area or just visiting.  Bundeena’s gentle shoreline also makes its beach especially great for the little ones, and amenities are close at hand for everyone.

 

If you’re interested in Aboriginal culture and rock art then take a walk and explore the history of the Deeban and Dharawal people.

 

Ferry services are operated by the award winning Cronulla Ferries, with the journey across the sparkling waters of the Port Hacking River taking approximately 25 minutes.

The ferry can be found in at the public wharf in Tonkin Street – behind Cronulla train station.  The address is:  Public Wharf, Tonkin Street, Cronulla, NSW 2230.

Costs for ferry tickets vary depending on single or return journey, adults, children (aged between 4 and 15) and there are also tickets for concession holders.   A family ticket allows for two adults and up to four children – great value!
